On March 19th, 2025, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) released two pieces of new guidance focused on unlawful DEI discrimination. “DEI” stands for “diversity, equity, and inclusion” and is most commonly associated with workplace-related programs.
