1.3M Enroll in ACA in First 3 Weeks | WWC

As the Dec. 15 deadline approaches to sign up for health care coverage beginning on Jan. 1, 2015, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released what it calls a "snapshot" of activity on the site. According to the just-released snapshot, 618,548 people enrolled on HealthCare.gov and CiudaddeSalud.gov in the third open-enrollment week (Nov.  29-Dec.5), bringing the total to 1,383,683. According to the HHS blog, "These snapshots do not include the consumers who visited, called, shopped or selected a plan through a State-Based Marketplace."
