Top Ten States in the Foreclosure Sweepstakes

You can call this my corollary to the GovRegs blog posting on "Top 15 Companies With Cash on Hand." 'Cept this one ain't so pretty--it's a list of the top 10 states in terms of foreclosures. I'll list them in reverse order to save the winners for last. The number in parentheses represents the ratio of foreclosures per house in the state; for instance, 1-500 means one in every 500 homes is facing foreclosure.
