Earlier this month, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced updates to its policy manual recognizing only two biological sexes. Those sexes are male and female. Markedly, this update is consistent with President Donald Trump’s January 20th, 2025, Executive Order (EO) 14168.
