Terms and Conditions: Free iPad Air with $5000 Initial Purchase

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the promotion offering a free iPad Air ("Promotional Offer") with a qualifying purchase of $5000 or more ("Qualifying Purchase"). By participating in this Promotional Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• This offer is available only to customers who place an order with a minimum value of $5000 (before taxes, shipping, and any discounts) and a 2-year annual billing agreement.
• The offer is valid for new customers.
• This promotion is valid only in the United States and the free iPad Air is available while supplies last.

2. How to Participate

• To qualify for the free iPad Air, the customer must complete a single purchase of at least $5000 in one transaction.
• The free iPad Air will be shipped to the customer upon full payment of the initial purchase of $5000 minimum.

3. Qualifying Products

• The Qualifying Purchase can be made on any combination of eligible products offered by WorkWise Compliance.

4. Free iPad Air Offer

• The free iPad Air included with the Qualifying Purchase is a 128GB iPad Air (WiFi version, a $599 value) subject to availability.
• The free iPad Air is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Customers will receive the free iPad Air along with their Qualifying Purchase shipment, or it will be delivered separately if needed once full payment is received.

5. Promotion Period

• This Promotional Offer is valid from 12/5/2024 through 12/30/2024 unless terminated earlier by WorkWise Compliance at its sole discretion.
• Orders placed after the promotion ends will not qualify for the free iPad Air offer.

6. Limitations

• One free iPad Air per customer or business.
• The Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
• The value of the free iPad Air is fixed and cannot be substituted for any other item or cash.

7. Returns and Cancellations

• If you return any items from your Qualifying Purchase and the total value of the remaining items is less than $5000, you will forfeit the free iPad Air offer.

8. Shipping and Handling

• Free iPad Air shipping is included with your order if it is part of a Qualifying Purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply for international deliveries or expedited shipping.
• WorkWise Compliance reserves the right to substitute the free iPad Air for a different model or similar value item, at its discretion, in the event of supply shortages.

9. Taxes

• Sales tax will be applied to the total purchase value, including the value of the free iPad Air where applicable, in accordance with local tax regulations.

11. General Conditions

• WorkWise Compliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• WorkWise Compliance is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable orders, or for any technical failures that may prevent a customer from participating in the offer.
