  1. Locate the revision date: Take a look at the date on your State Labor Law Poster (SLLP) and your Federal Labor Law Poster (SS5). You will find this on the bottom right hand corner of each poster. 
  2. Confirm the date on the table: Match the revision date on your poster with the corresponding date listed on the table provided below.
  3. Compliance check: If the revision date on your poster is on or after the date listed in the table, congratulations! Your business is in compliance with the latest mandatory poster requirements.
  4. Non-compliance alert: However, if the revision date on your poster falls before the date listed on the table, it's essential to take action. Please reach out to your account manager or contact our compliance specialists for further assistance.
  5. Additional Notices: Don't forget to check the "Additional Notices" section. Some states may require additional posters to be displayed. Ensure that the revision date on these posters, that came as side panels, is on or after the date listed in the table for compliance.
