Department of Defense Whistleblower Reprisal Applicable To: Part 252.203-7004 of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement requires certain Defense contractors to prominently display the DoD fraud, waste, and abuse hotline poster, prepared by the DoD Office of Inspector General, in common areas where contractors perform work under DoD contracts. Department of Homeland Security Hotline Applicable To: Employers whose contract is funded, in whole or in part, by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) disaster relief funds and the work is to be performed in the United States. Download
Drug-Free Workplace Requirements for Federal Contractors Applicable To: Not a posting requirement. Some businesses that receive contracts or grants from the federal government use posters to help fulfill the educational requirements under the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
